Rather than you having to arrange public water transportation or be on someone else's time table for local fishing, snorkeling trips or other, enjoy the use of our boat and experienced captain for virtually anything you want to do - when you want to do it. There's no extra charge for this perk, we simply ask that you pay for the gas you use, keep your fun to within the reef, and be back by nightfall. Location, location, location - Located five miles north of San Pedro with no direct road access to town, Casa Blanca is close enough to civilization by boat to grab lunch in town, buy groceries and supplies, or just check out the local scene whenever you want to go. As secluded as we are however, we also within just a few minutes walking or boating distance from some of Ambergris' finest restaurants and local beach bars (normally accessible only by boat from San Pedro). Ocean views - All rooms and living areas enjoy fabulous beachfront and ocean views. Spacious bedrooms and fine furnishings - The master bedroom features a full king-sized bed and it's own private double-sink bathroom. The guest room is furnished with two queen beds and comfortably sleeps up to four. All mattresses are of US origin and are of residential quality (not your typical tough commercial mattresses). Bedding is also very homelike with high thread count sheets (changed daily upon request). A nice assortment of high-quality pillows also ensures a great night's sleep of all. High-Quality Air Conditioning - Often overlooked when booking vacations in the tropics, each bedroom is equipped with independent remote controlled A/C unit capable of nicely cooling each bedroom or even the whole villa if need be. These are not your typical loud humming wall-mount units usually found in the tropics. These are state-of-the-art systems with externally mounted condensers - the closest thing to central A/C available when it comes to quiet and efficient operation.
